I have a two bedroom, one bathroom house. I am looking to rent out the front bedroom. (Not pictured) The room has a small closet and as of now, a sleigh bed trundle, dresser and my computer. I am in the process of moving the computer out, which is why I did not include a picture. My room is about the same size and has the same amount of windows. It is located near the stadiums, I-70, 40 hwy, and 435. I work in Overland Park and it takes me about 25 minutes to get to work. I have a large unfinished basement, washer, dryer, one car garage, spacious kitchen and live in a quiet neighborhood.
