The bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished with a twin size bed and linens at your request. Double rod hardware for curtains has already been installed, and one accent wall is painted Oxford blue. *Community amenities include a pool, gym, and twice a week trash pickup. Common areas in the apartment are fully furnished, but without a TV. Private amenities include a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric range and oven, wireless internet, electric only central heat/air, a private balcony, and fireplace. Parking is outside. *The Woods of Cherry Creek (WOCC) charges a $200 application fee, of which $50 is a background/credit check, and a $250 security deposit.
